Presenting on the Main Stage
The essence of Big Head Todd and the Monsters – a rootsy, emotionally direct variety of rock ’n’ roll that lends itself particularly well to a live setting – has been winning fans since Todd Mohr, Rob Squires and Brian Nevin started playing together in high school (Jeremy Lawton joined in 2004). Needless to say, the three never expected to be in the same band at this late date, but, as Mohr points out, “It was a really fortunate combination of musical personalities, and we’re still partners in every sense of the word.” |

HILL COUNTRY REVUE is THE modern Southern Rock / Blues band for the new generation. Formed by Cody Dickinson from The North Mississippi Allstars in 2008, it features Chris Chew, Kirk Smithhart, Ed “Hot” Cleveland and Dixie Dan Coburn. The band’s debut album is "Make a Move," on Razor and Tie Records. “This is really back to the roots of blues,” says Cody of the upcoming record. “It's funky. Really nasty, that's the best way to describe it. Gritty, messy, stripped-down.” Hill Country Revue will tour the country as a headline act this Fall. |

Nick
Anderman of the Village Voice wrote: “Davy Knowles, the lead singer, guitarist and songwriter, is talented
like very few bluesmen these days. He shreds like a young Robert Cray and wails like the love of his life
was just hit by a truck.” Such acclaim continued as the band played clubs, concerts and festivals and shared billings with George
Thorogood, Buddy Guy, Kid Rock & Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Who and the legendary jam band Gov’t Mule.
They also appeared on television’s CBS Early Show and Jimmy Kimmel Live as well as on NPR’s World
Café and Voice of America’s Border Crossings. |

Kirsten Price www.kirstenprice.com |
Industry Bible Billboard Magazine tells us that Kirsten Price "should offer triple A radio a new star.." You may have heard some of her work before; even before the release of her debut album “Guts & Garbage, Price’s music had been featured in such heavyweight television shows as The L-Word, CSI and Cashmere Mafia. Her unique vocals have been chosen by Coke, Clinique, Lee Jeans and Campbells for national and international advertising campaigns. She has been touring extensively on her own to promote her album playing 100 shows in 17 states, and served as the hand-picked opener for Wyclef Jean, and, the long-missing-in-action Sly Stone. |

If polished 70's Brit rock went to college
and fell in love with the leathery
good-looks of American southern rock,
they would have eloped to raise five
musicians, savvy to the importance of
writing from the heart and performing
from the gut; and the name of their kin
is Resonant Soul.
Born into rust-belt abandonment, this
blue-collar quintet finds solace in balancing the delicate tight-rope of pop sensibility
with cello counter-melodies and whimsical falsettos to their aggressive and hard-hitting
nature.
Touted as one of Toledo's hardest working, charismatic and entertaining rock bands,
Resonant Soul has packed venues more tight than even the highest profile national ac |

Justin Biaggi and The Hopeless Romantics offer a unique synthesis of fifties pop and straight-up garage rock. Their music explores the catchy doo-wop hooks and lovelorn balladeering of a bygone era with a post-punk spin. Fans and critics alike have compared their sound and energy to both Elvis Costello and the Attractions and Weezer. The band is promoting their latest release, Love's Muse, now available on CD Baby, Amazon and iTunes. |
A band that believes largely in the term, “No rest for the weary,” they’ve been hard at work, gigging all over New York during this past spring. EVER SINCE is Greg Fata, Mike Squillante, Phil Spina, and Stephen Ranellone, four talents that have been in and out of bands with each other over the last four years. Give EVER SINCE's music a listen and let them know what you think, they'll keep you posted on upcoming shows, sales, and other events. Rock on! EVER SINCE's brand new album is out and up for sale! Take a listen to the clips on their myspace and let them know if you'd like to purchase a CD! |

"Everything Red Molly sings is delivered with tick-tight arrangements, crystalline vocals, and caramel harmonies. But what is most striking is the ardor they bring to everything they do, whether snuggling into the sweet parochialism of an old spiritual, or the gritty pathos of a Gillian Welch tune. They come on less like stars strutting for their minions than pals sharing their favorite songs. In the friendly world of the coffeehouse, that remains a starmaking quality." -Scott Alarik, The Boston Globe |

During the past couple of years, Allison has emerged on her own as a gifted songwriter and powerhouse performer, carrying on the lineage of Joss Stone, Sass Jordan, Sheryl Crow, and Melissa Etheridge before her. Whether she is alone onstage with her guitar or in front of her band, her shows stick with you long after the last encore. She can hush the room with her intimacy, blow out its back wall with raw intensity, and break your heart and fix it again, all in one set.

Featuring notorious groovemaster-for-hire Eric Puente on percussion. It’s difficult to put a label on The YaYas’ music. Modern folk is a good start, but their songs can range in feel from folk-pop to country-tinged to singer-songwriter-with-groove. What remains constant are well-crafted songs with deceptively simple lyrics about people you feel you might know, people who view themselves and the world with both honesty and compassion. |
Julie Corbalis's 3rd album "Old Flames & New Names" continues to receive positive media and fan attention. This CD has been featured in local NY newspapers, and the tracks “Johnny & June” and “Broadway” have been played on NYC radio stations WHUD (100.7), THE PEAK (107.1), as well as college radio. Julie was also recently featured in two prominent singer/songwriter showcases at the national venues The Bitter End, NYC, and The Towne Crier in Pawling, NY. She'll be performing at the Pleasantville Music Festival with her brother, Chris Corbalis, Fred Gillen, Jr. and Jonathan Lloyd. |

Pleasantville's own good-time folk-music group. Bluegrass gospel, American roots, classic pop, and originals all find their way into the Creek's lively stage act, which is guaranteed to have you stomping your feet and singing along with Buddy Coughlin, guitar; Jim Dirlam, harmonica and guitar; Jim Gilroy, bass; Mark Orwoll, mandolin; and Jody Stokhamer, guitar and dulcimer. Nannyhagen Creek hosts a popular open-mic night at the Circle of Friends Coffeehouse at St. John's Episcopal Church in Pleasantville. |
| Sabrina Stone was a promising young person, studying Business & English: her parents were proud. Now when people ask her what she wants to do with her immediate future she says, feigning reluctance, "I guess I'm meant to be a musician." Oh, fate.
She has never had braces. She is a champion sleeper. She watches CSI marathons like it's her job. She is, by her own estimation, a mediocre mandolin player, but she can do some wild stuff on a piano. She’s just finished gigs at the Rockwood Music Hall and The Bitter End on the island of Manhattan. |

Gary Louis Meglino, aka G. Louis grew up in Ardsley. A multi-instrumentalist whose primary gigs center around his strong vocal abilities and, lock tight rhythm jazz guitar. But of all his talents, it is for certain, the prophetic style of lyrical mastery that pulls us in, meaningful metaphors abounding. His local following is growing through word of mouth and e-mail. |

| The Mondays are an original pop rock band out of NYC. Their catchy, radio friendly style has won them fans and friends throughout the northeast.... a bundle of interesting parts working better as a whole...everyone contributing their own unique brand of mental and emotional disorder to the group...when you put it all together, it's magic.

The Bad Habits formed 8 years ago, but their history dates back to ‘66 when brothers Guy and John Lowe jammed for the first time in their Cortland Manor, NY home. The brothers, former Satellite Jim Coyle, and Jack Tschudy first played together in 1999 when Tschudy and road manager John Coyle threw a beat the mid- winter doldrums party called "Fat Bob's Castaway Tiki Bar and Grill". It may have been cold outside, but Jack’s garage was transformed into a tropical hot spot. The heat was enhanced by the musical performances and they acquired a habit that has remained unbroken. | |

The Dream Jam Band are five musicians from the Northeast who write and play an eclectic collection of original music for children of all ages young and old. Their influences range from The Beatles to Mozart from Duke Ellington to Woody Guthrie. When asked how to describe The Dream Jam Band's music, one member said: "A Marx Brothers movie that you can dance to." |
Tickets purchased online after July 3rd will not be mailed. They must be picked up on the day of the festival at the Will Call Desk at the festival entrance on Village Lane.

The Ronald McDonald House located at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital at Westchester Medical Center provides a home-away-from-home for families whose children are hospitalized there. These families find the comforts of home and peace in the knowledge that they are just moments away from their seriously ill or injured children.
We Need your Help—Now More than Ever
The facility
was destroyed when a pipe burst in the ceiling on January 3, 2008. The families were evacuated, with no place to go. Since then, the RMH has been working with the hospital to rebuild—and bring families back to—the home-away-from-home they so desperately need when their children need them most. If you can help, please contact Marielena DiMatteo at 914-493-6455 or at
